煤炭开采技术的人工智能应用

Artificial intelligence applications in coal mining technology

  • 摘要: 随着煤炭行业迈向智能化转型,人工智能技术在煤炭开采全流程中的应用逐渐深入。首先回顾了我国煤炭开采技术的发展历程,重点分析了人工智能在不同发展阶段的技术演变及其对煤矿智能化的影响。针对煤炭开采全流程中的各类智能应用场景需求,提出的新一代智能开采AI应用技术体系,构建了从感知、决策到控制的一体化AI应用框架。以场景为导向、数据为驱动、算法为核心、平台为载体,设计了新一代智能开采场景式AI应用技术流程,通过实际案例分析,展示了场景式AI应用在煤炭智能开采中的实践成效。可见,人工智能的应用大幅提升了煤矿的生产效率、安全性和可持续性,推动了煤炭行业的智能化变革,随着煤矿智能化建设持续推进,煤炭行业将迈向更高效、更安全、更绿色的发展阶段,为实现“双碳”目标和能源结构优化贡献力量。

     

    Abstract: As the coal industry advances towards intelligent transformation, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the entire coal mining process has gradually deepened. This study first reviews the development history of coal mining technology in China, with a focus on analyzing the evolution of AI technology at different stages and its impact on the intelligentization of coal mines. In response to the diverse intelligent application scenarios required throughout the coal mining process, a next-generation AI application framework for intelligent mining has been proposed, integrating sensing, decision-making, and control. Guided by scenario orientation, data-driven approaches, algorithm-centric design, and platform-based implementation, a new technical workflow for scenario-based AI applications in intelligent mining has been developed. Through actual case analysis, the effectiveness of scenario-based AI applications in intelligent coal mining is demonstrated. It is evident that the application of AI significantly enhances the production efficiency, safety, and sustainability of coal mines, driving the intelligent transformation of the coal industry. As the construction of intelligent mines continues to progress, the coal industry is expected to move towards a more efficient, safer, and greener future, contributing to the achievement of “dual carbon” goals and the optimization of the energy structure.
