    井地远距离物料绿色智能气力输送系统设计与应用

    Design and application of green intelligent pneumatic material transport system for long-distance transportation in underground wells

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下传统喷浆与充填材料运输工艺普遍存在工艺不连续、转运环节冗余、人工依赖度高、长距离输送稳定性差及维护成本高昂等问题,这些问题导致“前掘后修、反复失稳”的恶性循环,并加剧采掘衔接紧张。基于此,通过分析目前井下智能化运输需求,首次基于国产化技术研发出一种井地远距离绿色智能气力输送系统,采用“地面站‒中转站‒工作站”三级模块化架构,结合多级压力动态补偿机制与稀相气固两相流优化技术,实现了超远距离干混料的高效密闭输送;通过预混料精准计量与末端喷涂工艺,优化了物料级配与混合均匀性,显著降低了喷浆回弹率;依托工业以太网与5G双模通信技术,构建了集实时监测、路径动态规划、设备智能诊断于一体的远程协同控制平台,形成了“地面储料‒井下增压‒移动终端”三级调控输送体系。潞安新元煤业工程应用结果表明:相较于传统胶轮车运输方式,该系统年喷浆量提升106%,综合成本降低41.2%,单工作面用工数量减少80%,并兼具全封闭、低能耗、少人化技术优势。该系统首次实现100%国产化设备集成,为煤矿长距离开采的智能化支护与绿色安全高效生产提供了创新解决方案。

       

      Abstract: In response to the common problems in the traditional spraying and filling material transportation processes in underground coal mines, such as discontinuous processes, redundant transfer links, high reliance on manual labor, poor stability during long-distance transportation, and high maintenance costs, which lead to a vicious cycle of "excavation first, repair later, repeated instability" and exacerbate the tension in the connection between mining and excavation, through analyzing the current demand for intelligent transportation in underground mines, a green and intelligent pneumatic transportation system for long-distance transportation between the surface and the underground was developed based on domestic technology. This system adopts a three-level modular architecture of "ground station‒transfer station‒workstation", combined with multi-level pressure dynamic compensation mechanism and optimized technology for dilute-phase gas-solid two-phase flow, achieving efficient and sealed transportation of dry-mixed materials over extremely long distances. Through precise metering of premixed materials and the end spraying process, the material gradation and uniformity of mixing are optimized, significantly reducing the rebound rate of spraying. Relying on industrial Ethernet and 5G dual-mode communication technology, a remote collaborative control platform integrating real-time monitoring, dynamic path planning, and intelligent equipment diagnosis was constructed, forming a three-level regulation and transportation system of "surface storage‒underground pressurization‒mobile terminal". The application results of Luan Xing Yuan Coal Industry show that compared with the traditional rubber-wheel vehicle transportation method, this system increases the annual spraying volume by 106%, reduces the total cost by 41.2%, decreases the number of workers per working face by 80%, and also has the advantages of full enclosure, low energy consumption, and less manpower. This system is the first to achieve 100% domestic equipment integration, providing an innovative solution for intelligent support and green, safe, and efficient production in long-distance coal mining in coal mines.
