    大海则煤矿煤矸石覆岩隔离注浆充填减排试验

    Experimental research on coal gangue overburden isolation grouting backfilling emission reduction in Dahaize Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 大海则煤矿洗选后的大量矸石,不仅增加了矿井运行成本,还造成不同程度的地面环境污染,特殊情况下,矸石难以处理的问题还严重影响了矿井的正常生产组织。为解决煤矿堆存的大量矸石问题,在大海则煤矿开展百万吨级煤矸石覆岩隔离注浆充填开采技术。详细分析了覆岩隔离注浆充填开采技术原理,即在开采区域上方的地层中找出控制地表沉陷的关键层,基于关键层不破断的原则设计注浆充填开采参数,利用煤矸石等固废材料形成压实承载结构,支撑关键层,从而有效控制岩层及地表移动,减少地面塌陷,并结合大海则煤矿采后注浆的特殊条件与挑战,对项目概况、工艺流程、注浆钻孔及充填参数等方案进行了研究,并评估了项目实施的技术、经济、环境和社会效益。结果表明:煤矸石覆岩隔离注浆充填技术有效减少了煤矸石的地面堆放量,降低了对土地资源的占用和对环境的污染;同时,建成的百万吨级煤矸石处理系统,最大日处理能力达4000 t,随着外来矸石调配补套系统的建成,年处理量稳定至150万t,提高了煤矸石的处理能力和效率,实现了煤矸石的资源化利用。此外,该技术将矸石的处理价格降低至60元以内,具有较大的经济利益,亦创新了一种“矸石不外排、保水开采、地表减沉”的绿色开采模式。这一成果不仅为类似地质条件下的矿山开采提供了新的技术路径,也为矿区环境保护和可持续发展贡献了有效策略。

       

      Abstract: The large amount of coal gangue after washing in Dahaize Coal Mine not only increases the operation cost of the mine, but also causes environmental pollution on the ground to varying degrees. Under special circumstances, the problem of difficult treatment of coal gangue also seriously affects the normal production organization of the mine. In order to solve the problem of large amount of coal gangue stored in the coal mine, a million-ton coal gangue overburden isolation grouting backfilling mining technology is carried out in Dahaize Coal Mine. The principle of overburden isolation grouting backfilling technology is analyzed in detail, that is, the key layer to control surface subsidence is found in the stratum above the mining area, the grouting filling mining parameters are designed based on the principle of no breakage of the key layer, and the solid waste materials such as coal gangue are used to form a compacted bearing structure to support the key layer, so as to effectively control the movement of rock strata and surface, reduce ground collapse, and Combined with the special conditions and challenges of post-mining grouting in Dahaize Coal Mine, the project overview, process flow, grouting drilling and filling parameters are studied, and the technical, economic, environmental and social benefits of the project implementation are evaluated. The overburden isolation grouting backfilling technology of coal gangue overburden rock effectively reduces the ground stacking amount of coal gangue, reduces the occupation of land resources and the pollution to the environment. At the same time, the establishment of a million-ton coal gangue treatment system, the maximum processing capacity of gangue can reach 4000 tons per day, with the completion of the foreign gangue allocation and repair system, the annual processing gangue can steadily reach 1.5 million tons, improving the treatment capacity and efficiency of coal gangue, and realizing the resource utilization of coal gangue. Moreover, reducing the treatment price of gangue to less than 60 yuan has great economic benefits, and also innovates a green mining model of "gangue is not discharged, water retention mining, and surface sinking is reduced". This achievement not only provides a new technical path for mining under similar geological conditions, but also contributes effective strategies for environmental protection and sustainable development of mining areas.
