煤矿巷道随钻探测及锚固支护关键技术

Key technology of detection while drilling and anchoring support in coal mine roadway

  • 摘要: 围岩特征快速准确探测以及高效锚固支护技术是巷道智能掘进的重要保障。随钻探测和高效锚固技术是当前矿业工程领域的研究热点,采用理论分析的方法建立了岩石力学参数与随钻参数的关系模型,研究钻进参数与岩石力学参数之间的关系;在实验室浇筑了不同力学性能的混凝土试块,对混凝土试块进行了随钻试验,同时实时采集了转速、钻速、扭矩和声压级等随钻参数,分析转速、钻速、扭矩和声压级等随钻参数同岩石力学参数的关系,建立预测模型;研制了预应力锚固综合实验台,通过预应力锚固综合实验台测试分析了不同锚固方式和预紧力锚杆预应力的传递规律。结果表明:钻速和转速与岩石单轴抗压和抗拉强度呈指数关系,其中钻速与岩石单轴抗压和抗拉强度的相关性最高,相关系数分别达到了0.96310.8718;声压级与单轴抗压强度和单轴抗拉强度均呈线性关系;扭矩做功与单轴抗压强度呈线性关系,与单轴抗拉强度呈对数关系;不论采用何种预应力锚固方式,锚杆上的轴力从锚固始端开始向锚固尾端逐渐递减;预紧力的增加会增大轴力在锚杆上的扩散范围;锚杆全长预应力技术在锚杆轴力传递上具有高效性。研究结果对提高巷道围岩参数探测准确性和锚杆支护效果,实现巷道安全高效掘进,减小事故发生概率,保证矿山安全生产具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Fast and accurate detection of surrounding rock characteristics and efficient anchoring support technology are important guarantees for intelligent roadway excavation. Detection while drilling and efficient anchoring technology are the research hotspots in the field of mining engineering. The relationship model between rock mechanics parameters and drilling parameters is established by theoretical analysis, and the relationship between drilling parameters and rock mechanics parameters is studied. The concrete test blocks with different mechanical properties were poured in the laboratory, and the concrete test blocks were tested while drilling. At the same time, the drilling parameters such as rotation speed, drilling speed, torque and sound pressure level were collected in real time. The relationship between drilling parameters such as rotation speed, drilling speed, torque and sound pressure level and rock mechanics parameters was analyzed, and a prediction model was established. The pre-stressed anchorage comprehensive test bench was developed, and the transfer law of pre-stress of different anchorage modes and pre-tightening force anchors was analyzed through the test of the pre-stressed anchorage comprehensive test bench. The experimental results show that the drilling speed and rotation speed have an exponential relationship with the uniaxial compressive and tensile strength of the rock. The drilling speed has the highest correlation with the uniaxial compressive and tensile strength of the rock, and the correlation coefficients are 0.9631 and 0.8718, respectively. The sound pressure level has a linear relationship with uniaxial compressive strength and uniaxial tensile strength. The torque work has a linear relationship with the uniaxial compressive strength and a logarithmic relationship with the uniaxial tensile strength. No matter what kind of prestressed anchorage method is adopted, the axial force on the bolt gradually decreases from the beginning of the anchorage to the end of the anchorage. The increase of pre-tightening force will increase the diffusion range of axial force on the bolt. The full-length pre-stressed technology of anchor rod has high efficiency in the axial force transmission of anchor rod. The research results are of great significance to improve the detection accuracy of roadway surrounding rock parameters and the effect of bolt support, realize the safe and efficient excavation of roadway, reduce the probability of accidents and ensure the safe production of mines.
